About

Hi,

At this point you’re probably thinking that I’m terribly conceited, I must be, who thinks of themselves as advanced? Read the name again, digest it and pay particular attention to the line beneath the title on the home page.

It’s called Advanced Ape because that’s what we are, admittedly we’re not direct descendants, but we share a common ancestor with them. We’re the most advanced creature walking the planet, but we’re by no means perfect, our biology carries evolutionary baggage – hence the subtitle: still just a flawed beast.

We’re still tribal, we still look to our own. We still want to live amongst our own. Tribalism Returns to Europe – HUMAN EVENTS In short, it’s two fingers up to the assorted groups that still think they can engineer the perfect humans to fit into their idea of a perfect world, which seems to always come down to the destruction of nations, and of peoples as distinct ethnic groups.

It’s a nod to nationalism being a default organic ideology which is intrinsic to our very nature as advanced apes.

I understand that this ‘About’ section is supposed to be written in the third person. However, I can’t quite bring myself to be that pretentious; this is just a personal blog, nothing spectacular.

Political background

I was a member of the British National Party (2004-2008).  In the latter part of this decade I became a web-team member; columnist, moderator, social network administrator and news correspondent for the party until May 2010.

Prior to this, I was credited with increasing the quality and professionalism of the BNP-supporting blogs, by showing what could be done with little money and the right attitude towards blogging in support of a demonised political party.

My most successful magazine website took in excess of 35,000 visits-a-month at its height and became one of the most visited British Nationalist sites on the net – all of this was achieved within 6 months.

Following the electoral hammering of the BNP and my surrender of duties, I joined the BNP Reform Group, resuming the roles previously held within the party.

October 2010 – Declined offer to become a Reform Group Regional Organiser.

November 2010 – The failure of Eddy Butler to topple Nick Griffin led to the formation of the British Freedom Party, of which I am a founder member and National Web Development Officer.

January 2011 – Promoted to the British Freedom Party’s Executive Council as Website and IT officer.

November 2011 – Stood down from the British Freedom Party National Executive and decided not to seek re-election. I remain a member and activist.

Thanks for reading. I hope you enjoy my blog.
